Under the responsibility of the Director, the Commercial Director:
- To follow the existing clients
- To develop customer networks
- To coordinate the development throughout the country
- To control and coordinate regional managers,
- To complete the recruitment of regional managers.
To participate in customer follow-up missions in the regions of Russia.
To set up marketing actions.
To set up commercial actions and their follow-up.
- Previous experience in the similar position is desirable.
- Team spirit.
- Autonomy, but at the same time, ability to reporting.
- Essential knowledge of the agricultural sphere.
- Language: Russian, English is desirable.
The candidate may progress to the position of General Director.
